Damaged items that arrive damaged will be replaced
Cancellations before delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Purchases through catalog may vary slightly in color or dimension.
We do not have a comfort guarantee on mattresses or upholstery as comfort is different with every individual.
We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit properly in your space. Please carefully measure your space, including doors and hallways.
All warranties, if any are manufacturer's warranties. Repairs or replacements are at the manufacturer's discretion. Clearance and floor models are sold AS IS without warranty.
Cardholder must be present to sign for delivery, be 18 or older, and provide a valid government issued photo identification.
All payments must clear before any delivery or pick up can be scheduled.
There must be adequate space for transport and assembly of furniture. Our technicians cannot move your existing furniture.
Claims for damages must be made within 24 hours of the pickup or delivery date.
Delivery and setup of purchased furniture.
Orders must be picked up within 3-5 Days once arrived. $39 per month storage fee for orders passed the arrival date.
Please call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Catalog items may require assembly
Please report damage or missing parts within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for transportation to and from store for service or parts.
Any items not picked up after 72 hours will be transferred back to warehouse at 3200 Naglee Road Suite 410, Tracy. A second time transfer fee will be $40
Pick up hours are 10AM-5PM Monday through Saturday. No pick-ups on Sundays.
Mattresses must be in clean, unsoiled condition for removal. WE DO NOT REMOVE OLD FURNITURE.
ACCIDENTAL PLANS (If Purchased)
What is covered: All accidental stains, rips, tears, burns and punctures. Breakage of frames, glass & mechanisms .
What is NOT covered:
Accumulation defined as gradual buildup of dirt, dust, body oils, perspiration that cannot be attributed to a single occurrence, or odors.
Pet damage from beaks, claws, or teeth.
